An opportunity to do a monthly pre-determined Dr. Sherry routine with a group or at your convenience. The FIT routine will be posted at the gym and a Fit Camp Coach will be available during coached gym hours for assistance. We recommend you participate in a group session to start your training each month. Then focus on joining the group sessions or do the training when it works best for you 2-3 times per week. You can also try a Core workout to enhance overall health and definitely make the Movement part of your healthy lifestyle.

Friday 6:00AM - 4:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM - 3:00PM
